Josie Maran Argan Tinted Beauty Butter

Josie Maran Argan Tinted Beauty Butter

With so many foundations in the beauty world, it's so hard to keep track lf trying them all, but today we're testing one you've probably never heard of. The Josie Maran Argan Tinted BEauty Butter sounds like everything we've ever wanted in a base: lightweight, dewy, but with coverage enough to even out any redness. But does it hold true to it's claims?

From us- it doesn't. We found that the texture was too dry once applied to the face, and was difficult to blend. The foundation set immediately as it hit the skin which caused us to have to repeatedly apply, and that became cakey. One it was on, it looked powdery, no matter the skin type of the person wearing it.

After a few hours of wear, it even began to flake off of the skin, and group around the eyebrows and the mouth. Unless you have extremely oily skin, I would avoid this foundation, especially if you have any fine lines or wrinkles. To us, the Vibrancy Foundation is a much better alternative for the same price.
