The Ultimate Concealer: Tarte's Shape Tape
These past few months, it seems that all any American beauty guru can talk about is Tarte's Shape Tape concealer. With the rumored full coverage of a foundation, but the creaminess of a BB cream, you could say we were intrigued about this ULTA exclusive product. We put it to the test, and we're giving you the honest details.
It Really Does Cover Everything
To those who suffer from dark undereye circles, it can be hard to find a concealer that covers and doesn't crease half way through the day. If you're that girl- this is the concealer for you. The doe-foot applicator smooths product on easily and blended out with a concealer brush or your finger will maximize coverage and really cover those pesky bags.
It Looks Natural Tho
For light-makeup girls (think french-esque) this is still the concealer for you. Save for days when the coffee just isn't cutting it, or when not washing your makeup off came back around to haunt you. By blending out with a beauty blender, you can escape a "cakey" look (even though that wouldn't happen anyway.)
Doesn't Set Until You Do
A lot of No-Budge concealers tend to set too fast to blend and you end up pulling at your skin, creating more undereye bags and so on. Tarte's Shape Tape concealer does quite the opposite: it stays creamy and blendable until you set it with powder, but even if you don't it still stays in place. True magic.
