Our Favorite Non-Toxic Nail Polishes
When transitioning to non-toxic beauty it can be surprising the items that have a lot of chemicals. Nail polish is one of those products that we don’t think to swap out, but that has some of the worst chemicals in it. Including Formaldehyde, nail polish contains chemicals that don’t allow the nails to breathe and that slowly degrade the quality of your nails. Below, we have some of our favorite non toxic nail polishes that will help to strengthen and improve the quality of your nails without sacrificing polish quality.
Kure Bazaar in Chloe
This gorgeous 10-free polish comes in a range of colors similar to Nails Inc. or Smith & Cult. The brand is focused on non-toxic polish that is still shiny, durable and maintains the vitality of nails. Our favorite shade is Chloe, a grey-purple shade that will go with any neutral outfit, They retail for $18 from Detox Market and have a five star rating.
Treat Collection in Something Blue
Another non-toxic favorite is this more luxe option from Treat Collection. These polishes not only have gorgeous packaging, but also come in loads of shades, especially if you like a more shimmery polish. One of our favorites is this creamy muted blue that we got from The Detox Market for $18.
Tenoverten in Fulton
This polish has multiple 5 star reviews on Credo Beauty for it’s super even application and and non-chipping formula. Fulton is a gorgeous light beige neutral that you can apply for any occasion or just to have a little something on your nails. This polish is an 8-free formula that is specifically designed to be streak free.
100% Pure Polish in 12:51
This sold out polish has one of the best formulations we’ve ever tried. 100% Pure is known for their non toxic makeup, and their polishes are no different with absolutely no formaldehyde, toluene, DBP and all of the other disgusting chemicals. This polish is also vegan and a beautiful pinky-peach color for a pop of something a little less neutral.
