Our Fave Sunscreens You Need Right Now

Falls in full swing, but that doesn't mean the sun isn't damaging your skin. UV rays can be even more harmful in the colder months because we don't even realize it's affecting us, but you're on a ride to wrinkles and skin damage without even knowing it.

But don't panic, we're here to save the day with our favorite under-makeup moisturizers and foundations that already have SPF in them. Read on!

Tatcha Pore Perfecting Sunscreen

If matte skin is your thing, this is the perfect sunscreen-primer hybrid for your makeup bag. Apply before foundation to not only protect from the sun, but also make skin appear smooth and poreless.

Tarte Tarteguard Sunscreen

Instead of a primer, this sunscreen acts as a moisturizer to help minimize the steps in your morning routine. Skip the skincare and apply after cleansing, but before primer.

Supergoop! Everyday Sunscreen

With a light, watery consistency, this is the best under makeup SPF for those who want something virtually invisible. After moisturizer, apply this sheer SPF to help protect your skin while keeping it breathing.

IT Cosmetics CC Cream, SPF 50+

One of our favorites around here for awesome coverage and SPF, this CC cream is more like a medium-full coverage foundation with a natural finish. Apply with fingers for a demi-matte full coverage, or with a beauty blender for a dewy, sheer look.

BareMinerals Complexion Rescue, SPF 30

For a lighter alternative, this BareMinerals tinted gel cream is the perfect SPF for days you only need a little coverage, but a lot of sun protection. Think hiking, kayaking, or lunch with your grandpa. (You know, the one who always says you're wearing too much makeup.)

Hourglass Illusion Hyaluronic SkinTint, SPF 15

Although it's called a SkinTint, this foundation is full coverage. With only an SPF of 15, this is your best bet for SPF without the flashback during pictures. With a natural, radiant finish, this hourglass number also blurs fine lines and imperfections for flawless coverage.
