The Suntegrity 5-in-1 Tinted Moisturizing Sunscreen

We’ve been on a roll here at E&J finding some of our holy grail products lately (check out this recent post about our perfect bases) , and thanks to a detox market sample, we’ve found another. After testing out the Suntegrity 5-in-1 Tinted Moisturizing Suncreen, we’ve purchased a full tube, and we use it. Every. Single. Day.

When you hear “tinted sunscreen” what is your ideal? For us, it’s something that hydrates the skin and adds enough coverage to even the skin tone, without looking cakey or foundation-y. For others, they might prefer something super sheer, or even matte, but thankfully, this base is super versatile depending on how you apply it.

The Brush

Most mornings, we start by applying two pumps of this onto a flat top kabuki (more specifically the Zoeva Buffer brush) and buffing it into the skin to lay down an even, glowy base paced with the maximum amount of pigment. Then, if it’s a morning at the office, we top it off with a pump of the Vapour Organics Liquid Foundations to add extra coverage on any red spots. This gives us our daily SPF along with an extra boost of priming power and coverage.

The Sponge

On days where the idea of wearing face makeup makes you groan internally (think: hangover, or super early weekend job shift) this is the perfect base to put on along with brow gel, mascara and fly out the door. We love using a beauty sponge to pat this into the skin for more transluscent coverage and that “is she wearing something?” look.

Les Mains

And on the days when you really can’t be bothered to even look in a mirror when applying your makeup, the finger application method is the best way to go. I’d recommend a pump and a half to start with and then tap another half pump on areas where you know you need a little boost. This will give you that SPF coverage without any effort and wake up your skin as well.
